Just a quickie to wish everbody the happiest Christmas and a great New Year.

Sorry, I haven't posted for ages, but nothing really exciting has happened apart from some bloke Obama getting a White House and David Tennant quitting as Doctor 10.

What has been exciting has been all the great reviews, e-mails and posts I've had from people who have enjoyed Cycling Back to Happiness, which, without sounding too cheesy, really does outweigh any financial gains.

So thanks for your support if you bought the book and if you didn't... pull your bloody fingers out in 2009 you tightwads.
